Job summary

The Vertex Companies, LLC seeks an organized Operations and Administrative Business Partner to support the Visual & Strategic Communications (VSC) practice. You will collaborate with Practice Leadership to run day-to-day operations, coordinate across functions, and ensure timely delivery of client-ready materials.

The role covers budgets, expense management, calendar and travel, Salesforce data integrity, and preparation of proposals and presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience, Master’s degree with 3 years, or 8 years with no degree.
• Proven track record of independent work product production, project management, communication, and coordination with other team members.
• Demonstrated management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the practice in alignment with strategic objectives.
• Proactively identify issues, coordinate solutions, and ensure follow-through on priorities.
• Collaborate on budgets, expenses, and financial performance against targets.
• Provide administrative support to CDI/ VSC practice leaders and teams.
• Coordinate complex calendars, travel arrangements, and logistics.
• Maintain Salesforce data related to accounts, opportunities, and pipeline with data quality.
