Job summary

The Vertex Companies LLC is seeking an Operations and Administrative Business Partner for the Visual & Strategic Communications (VSC) practice to enable smooth day-to-day operations across functions and geographies.

The Business Partner works closely with Practice Leadership to manage the day-to-day business operations of the practice, improve operational effectiveness, support financial and commercial performance, and coordinate activities across functions and geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years related experience or Master's degree with 3+ years, or 8 years of related experience and no degree.
• Proven track record in project management and stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the VSC practice and coordinate across functions.
• Support budgets, expense management, and resource planning.
• Prepare client-ready proposals, presentations, and reports.
• Maintain Salesforce data quality and reporting accuracy.
• Coordinate calendars, travel, and meetings.
• Liaise with Finance, HR, Marketing, IT, and Practice Operations.
