Job summary

The Vertex Companies, LLC seeks an organized Operations and Administrative Business Partner to support the Visual & Strategic Communications practice. You will work with Practice Leadership to manage daily operations, improve efficiency, and coordinate activities across Finance, HR, Marketing, BD, IT, Legal, and other functions.

You will help with time entry, expense reporting, calendar management, travel, and meeting logistics, while ensuring data quality in Salesforce and contributing to

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience, a Master’s degree and 3 years of related experience, or 8 years of related experience and no degree.
• Proven track record of independent work product production, project management, communication, and coordination with other team members
• Demonstrated management skills

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated administrative support to CDI practice leaders and team members.
• Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel, and logistics.
• Manage and maintain Salesforce data related to accounts, opportunities, pipeline, and BD activity.
• Support proposals, RFQs/RFPs, presentations, and other pursuit activities.
• Prepare client-ready presentations, reports, and correspondence.
• Track deliverables, deadlines, and action items.
• Build relationships across internal stakeholders and external partners.
