Job summary

The Vertex Companies LLC is recruiting an Operations and Administrative Business Partner for the Visual & Strategic Communications practice. You will work closely with Practice Leadership to streamline day-to-day operations, improve effectiveness, and coordinate with Finance, HR, Marketing, and other functions.

You will support time entry, expense reporting, proposals, and client materials, while building strong relationships across offices and geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree with related experience, or 8 years of related experience with no degree.
• Proven track record in independent work product development and project management.
• Strong communication and coordination with teams, clients, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the VSC practice.
• Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel, and logistics.
• Support budgets, expense management, and financial monitoring.
• Prepare client-ready presentations and reports.
• Maintain Salesforce data quality and reporting accuracy.
