Yahoo is hiring for a Senior Manager, Partner Manager on the Yahoo Everywhere Partnerships team. You will own a portfolio of OEM and browser partnerships, guiding from signature to renewal and serving as the primary contact for each relationship.

This role is remote-based in the United States, with occasional in-person meetings and periodic travel for partner discussions and industry events. The compensation ranges from $122,250 to $255,000 per year, with possible incentive opportunities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in partner or alliance management or business development.
• Experience negotiating and growing distribution agreements with OEMs or platform partners.
• Understanding deal economics, revenue share, and metrics for reach and monetization.
• Experience collaborating with Legal, Product, Engineering, Finance, Sales, and Marketing.

Responsabilités

• Own day-to-day management of a portfolio of OEM and browser partnerships from signature through renewal.
• Partner on commercial negotiations for renewals and amendments, including revenue share and placement terms.
• Build trusted relationships through regular business reviews, performance discussions, and strategic planning.
• Lead partner launches by coordinating timelines and resolving issues quickly.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow reach and revenue through apps and browser integrations.
• Collaborate with BD, Legal, Finance, Product, Engineering, Platform, Sales, and Marketing to onboard and maintain deals.
• Analyze partner performance against revenue, traffic, and engagement targets to identify risks and growth opportunities.
• Share insights and best practices to influence future strategy and product roadmaps.
• Represent Yahoo Everywhere Partnerships in partner meetings and industry events.
