Qualifications

• 7+ years in partner management, alliance management, or business development.
• Experience negotiating, managing, and growing distribution agreements with OEMs, consumer tech or entertainment partners.
• Understanding of deal economics, revenue share models, and performance metrics.
• Experience collaborating across Legal, Product, Engineering, Finance, Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Ability to build relationships and influence across levels with empathy and collaboration.
• Proven data-driven approach to identify opportunities and inform decisions.
• Familiarity with AI tools to optimize workflows and reporting is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management of a portfolio of OEM and browser partnerships from signature through renewal.
• Lead commercial negotiations for renewals and amendments, including revenue share and distribution terms.
• Build trusted relationships through regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions.
• Coordinate partner launches, timelines, and resolveTechnical or contractual issues.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow reach and revenue via apps, homepages, and pre-installed integrations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to onboard deals and scope integrations.
• Analyze partner performance against revenue, traffic, and engagement targets.
• Share insights to influence future partnership strategy and roadmaps.
• Represent Yahoo Everywhere Partnerships in partner meetings and industry events.
