Yahoo Holdings Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, Partner Manager to own and grow a portfolio of strategic OEM and browser partnerships.

You will lead negotiations, coordinate launches, and drive growth across apps, home-page placements, extensions, and integrated product experiences. You will work with Legal, Product, Engineering, Finance, Sales, and Marketing to onboard deals, review performance, and plan go-to-market strategies that accelerate Yahoo's reach and revenue.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in partner management, alliance management, or business development.
• Experience negotiating, managing, and growing distribution agreements with OEMs/consumer tech or entertainment partners.
• Understanding of deal economics, revenue share models, and metrics driving reach and monetization.
• Experience collaborating with Legal, Product, Engineering, Finance, Sales, and Marketing to structure and ship deals.
• Build trusted relationships and communicate across stakeholders to drive outcomes.
• Use data to inform decisions, identify opportunities, and support growth.
• Ability to prioritize competing initiatives with high attention to detail under deadline pressure.
• Experience using AI tools (Claude, Chat, Gemini) to optimize workflows and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management of a portfolio of OEM and browser partnerships through signature to renewal.
• Partner on commercial negotiations for renewals and amendments (revenue share, placement, distribution terms).
• Lead regular business reviews and strategic planning with partners.
• Coordinate partner launches, manage timelines, and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Develop and execute partnership strategies to grow reach and revenue across apps, homepage placements, and pre-installed integrations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with BD, Legal, Finance, Product, Engineering, Platform, Sales, and Marketing to onboard and maintain deals.
• Analyze partner performance against revenue, traffic, and engagement targets to identify risks and growth opportunities.
• Represent Yahoo Everywhere Partnerships in meetings and industry events.
