Yahoo is seeking a seasoned partnerships leader to manage a portfolio of OEM and browser partnerships in a remote US role. You will own day-to-day relationships, drive renewals, and coordinate cross-functional teams to execute deal launches.

You will analyze performance against revenue and engagement targets, negotiate terms, and shape strategies to grow Yahoo's reach and monetization with platform partners.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in partner management, alliance management, or business development.
• This role requires experience negotiating and growing OEM/tech distribution agreements.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related experience a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration across Legal, Product, Engineering, Finance, Sales and Marketing.

Responsabilités

• Own day-to-day management of OEM and browser partnerships from signature to renewal.
• Lead commercial negotiations for renewals and amendments including revenue share and placement terms.
• Build trusted relationships through regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions.
• Coordinate multi-team launches by managing timelines and resolving issues quickly.
• Develop and execute partnership strategies to grow reach and revenue across apps and pre-installed product integrations.
• Onboard and maintain deals with cross-functional teams (BD, Legal, Finance, Product, Engineering, Platform, Sales, Marketing).
• Analyze partner performance against revenue, traffic, and engagement targets and adjust plans accordingly.
• Stay informed on marketplace trends to anticipate partner challenges and opportunities.
• Share insights and best practices across teams to influence strategy and roadmap.
• Represent Yahoo Everywhere Partnerships in partner meetings and industry events.
