Job summary

Yahoo is seeking a Senior Manager, Partner Manager to own and grow a portfolio of strategic distribution partners across OEMs and browsers. You will coordinate commercial negotiations, manage relationships, and drive joint growth with cross-functional teams.

This role is remote-based in the United States, with periodic travel to partner meetings and industry events. A bachelor’s degree is required, and MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in partner management, alliance management, or business development.
• Experience negotiating and growing distribution agreements with OEMs or platform partners.
• Solid understanding of deal economics, revenue share models, and KPI metrics.
• Ability to collaborate with Legal, Product, Engineering, Finance, Sales and Marketing.
• Strong communication, empathy and stakeholder influence skills.
• Proven data-driven decision making to support growth strategies.
• Experience using AI tools to optimize workflows and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management of OEM and browser partnerships from signature to renewal.
• Lead commercial negotiations for renewals and amendments and define terms.
• Build relationships through regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions.
• Coordinate partner launches, timelines, and resolve operational issues quickly.
• Develop strategies to grow reach and revenue through apps, homepage placements, and extensions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to onboard and maintain deals and scope integrations.
• Analyze partner performance against revenue, traffic, and engagement targets.
• Identify marketplace trends and translate insights into action plans.
• Share learnings across teams to influence future partnership strategy.
• Represent Yahoo Everywhere Partnerships in partner meetings and industry events.
