Job summary

Yahoo Holdings Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Partner Manager to own and grow a portfolio of OEM and browser partnerships.

You will drive go-to-market plans for launches, renewals, and expansions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize revenue and distribution. The role requires strong negotiation skills and 7+ years in partner management or business development, with comfort in data-driven decision making and AI-enabled workflow optimization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in partner management, alliance management or business development.
• Proven ability to negotiate and grow distribution agreements with OEMs and platform partners.
• Experience collaborating with Legal, Product, Engineering, Finance, Sales and Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management of a portfolio of OEM and browser partnerships through renewal.
• Lead commercial negotiations for renewals and amendments including revenue share terms.
• Build trusted relationships through regular reviews and strategic planning sessions.
• Coordinate partner launches, timelines, and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Develop strategies to grow reach and revenue through apps, homepages and pre-installed products.
• Onboard and maintain deals with cross-functional teams to scope integrations.
• Analyze performance against revenue, traffic and engagement targets with data.
• Stay informed on marketplace trends and partner challenges to guide strategy.
• Share insights and best practices across internal teams and with industry peers.
