Job summary

Yahoo Holdings Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Partner Manager to own and grow a portfolio of strategic distribution partners across OEMs and browsers.

You will lead commercial negotiations, drive go-to-market for new launches, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize Yahoo's reach and revenue. You will work with Business Development, Legal, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Operations to plan and execute partnerships, while leveraging data to identify risks and opportunities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in partner management, alliance management, or business development.
• Experience negotiating, managing, and growing distribution agreements with OEMs, consumer tech or entertainment partners.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management of a portfolio of OEM and browser partnerships, from signature through renewal.
• Lead commercial negotiations for renewals and amendments, including revenue share and distribution terms.
• Build trusted relationships across partner organizations via regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions.
• Lead partner launches by coordinating timelines and resolving issues.
• Develop and execute partnership strategies to grow Yahoo's reach and revenue through apps and browser integrations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with BD, Legal, Finance, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to onboard and maintain deals.
• Analyze partner performance against revenue, traffic, and engagement targets and adjust plans accordingly.
