Kiva.org is seeking a Manager, Strategic Partnerships to grow philanthropic support by cultivating donors and advising partners. You will collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Product, and impact teams to strengthen donor relationships and develop compelling proposals and reports.

Formación

• 5 years experience in nonprofit fundraising, strategic partnerships, or related field.
• Strong writing and editing skills to translate complex programs into proposals and donor communications.
• Experience collaborating across functions while managing multiple projects and stakeholder relationships.
• Comfort using a CRM such as Salesforce to track activity and run reports.
• Sound judgment and relationship-building, representing the organization with donors and external partners.
• Commitment to Kiva’s mission, including financial inclusion and equity.

Responsabilidades

• Develop donor proposals, reports, newsletters, and other materials with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain accurate donor records and manage prospect pipelines against engagement goals.
• Coordinate donor messaging with Marketing and Communications across audiences and channels.
• Plan and deliver in-person and virtual donor events to deepen engagement.
