Job summary

Role emphasizes writing, governance of donor portfolios, and events, with a remote US-based work authorization requirement. Collaboration with Finance, Marketing, and Product is essential.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in nonprofit fundraising or related field.
• Experience developing donor engagement strategies and moving prospects toward commitments.
• Familiarity with donor-advised funds, philanthropic advisors, and major giving.
• Strong writing and editing skills to translate impact data into proposals and reports.
• Experience collaborating across functions and managing multiple projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage mid-level donor portfolio and develop engagement, solicitation, and stewardship plans.
• Partner with Finance, Product, and Engineering to improve donor communications.
• Gather impact data and borrower stories and translate into proposals, reports and newsletters.
• Maintain donor records and track pipelines toward fundraising goals.
• Plan and deliver in-person and virtual donor events to deepen engagement.
