• Experience writing clear, persuasive donor communications and proposals.
• Ability to build relationships with donors, philanthropic advisors, and gatekeepers.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop donor engagement plans for mid-level and major gifts with tailored strategies.
• Engage donor-advised fund sponsors and philanthropic advisors to deepen partnerships.
• Improve donor journeys, digital communications, and unique Kiva offerings for donors.
• Represent Kiva in donor conversations and pursue thought leadership opportunities.
• Plan and deliver in-person and virtual donor events to deepen engagement.
• Ensure accurate gift documentation and coordinate donor commitments with finance.
