Kiva.org is seeking a Manager, Strategic Partnerships to grow philanthropic support by cultivating donors and engaging advisors. You will manage a portfolio of mid-level donors, translate impact into opportunities for deeper giving, and coordinate across Finance, Marketing, and Product teams to strengthen donor relationships.

This role is remote, nationwide in the United States, with a focus on writing persuasive donor communications and developing engagement strategies that drive major gifts.

Qualifications

• 5 years of nonprofit fundraising or strategic partnerships experience.
• Ability to develop donor engagement strategies that move prospects toward giving.
• Familiarity with donor-advised funds and major gifts is a plus.
• Strong writing and editing skills to translate impact into proposals and reports.
• Experience collaborating across functions and managing multiple projects.
