Kiva is a global nonprofit expanding financial access. The Manager, Strategic Partnerships grows philanthropic support by cultivating donors, engaging advisors and fund sponsors, and developing donor communications.

This role manages a mid-level donor portfolio and works with Finance, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to strengthen relationships. We value strong writing, independent work, and collaboration across teams.

Formación

• 5+ years in nonprofit fundraising or related field.
• Experience developing donor engagement strategies to move prospects toward commitments.
• Familiarity with donor-advised funds, philanthropic advisors, and major giving.
• Strong writing and editing to translate programs and impact into proposals.
• Experience collaborating across functions and managing multiple projects independently.

Responsabilidades

• Develop donor strategy and engagement for mid-level and major gifts.
• Create tailored engagement and stewardship plans.
• Engage donor-advised fund sponsors and gatekeepers.
• Improve donor communications and digital offerings.
• Represent Kiva in donor conversations and pursue thought leadership.
• Plan in-person and virtual donor events.
• Coordinate cross-functional partnerships to support fundraising.
• Ensure accurate gift documentation and donor commitments.
• Translate borrower impact data into proposals and reports.
• Maintain donor records and pipelines.
• Coordinate donor messaging with Marketing.
• Plan, write and edit donor communications.
