Kiva.org is a global nonprofit enabling lenders to support underserved communities with flexible giving options. This Manager, Strategic Partnerships role focuses on cultivating donors, building relationships, and developing compelling communications that strengthen fundraising and engagement.

As an individual contributor, you will work with Finance, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to translate impact data into proposals, reports, and donor materials, while planning events and improving

Qualifications

• 5 years nonprofit fundraising or partnerships experience, incl. donor cultivation.
• Strong writing and editing skills to translate programs into proposals and reports.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder relationships autonomously.
• Experience using CRM systems like Salesforce to track activity and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop donor relationships and partnerships to grow philanthropic support.
• Coordinate across Finance, Marketing, Product and Engineering to strengthen proposals and storytelling.
• Plan and deliver donor events (in-person and virtual) and improve donor journeys.
• Maintain donor records, pipelines, and progress toward fundraising goals.
