Job summary

Kiva.org is seeking a Manager, Strategic Partnerships to expand philanthropic support with mid-level and major donors. You will collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Product, and impact teams to strengthen proposals, reports, and donor communications.

You will plan and deliver donor events and optimize donor journeys, both in-person and virtual. A mission-driven, values-led culture supports professional growth and inclusive philanthropy.

Qualifications

5 years of nonprofit fundraising or related field experience.
Strong writing and editing skills for proposals, reports, and donor communications.
Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholder relationships independently.
Experience collaborating across functions and teams to drive donor engagement.

Responsibilities

Grow philanthropic support by cultivating donors and advising on engagement strategies.
Develop compelling donor communications, proposals, and impact reports across teams.
Gather impact data and borrower stories and translate them into donor materials.
Maintain accurate donor records, track activity, and manage prospect pipelines across channels.
