The American Heart Association seeks a Business Development Lead, Clinical Solutions and Licensing at its National Center in Dallas, TX, with home-based work available in Western States. This role leads strategy and execution for commercializing AI-enabled tools, digital health platforms, and EHR collaborations to bring trusted science into clinical workflows.

You will collaborate across product, science, legal, finance, and technology, negotiate complex enterprise agreements, and drive revenue

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years of relevant experience.
• Five years in healthcare tech or digital health with partnerships, licensing, or commercialization.
• Experience negotiating complex enterprise agreements and managing senior partner relationships.
• Ability to develop commercial strategies balancing near-term revenue with long-term strategic value.
• Experience with cross-functional initiatives across legal, finance, product, technology, and clinical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled healthcare tools and licensing of digital content.
• Strong executive communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute an integrated AI licensing and clinical solutions strategy.
• Identify and develop strategic relationships to build a pipeline based on clinical relevance.
• Lead negotiations for complex enterprise licensing agreements.
• Structure partnerships for value beyond licensing fees.
• Collaborate with legal, science, and other stakeholders to protect IP.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to advance approvals and partner integration.
• Establish partner reporting and performance measures.
• Lead executive partner relationships and opportunities for expanded licensing.
• Oversee customer success activities for onboarding and renewals.
• Monitor AI healthcare trends to adapt strategy.
