Job summary

The American Heart Association seeks a highly experienced leader to drive AI-enabled clinical solutions and licensing partnerships from its National Center. This role will shape strategy, negotiate complex enterprise agreements, and coordinate across product, science, legal, finance, and technology teams to expand adoption in clinician workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years of relevant experience in healthcare tech, partnerships, licensing, or commercialization.
• Experience negotiating enterprise agreements and managing senior-level partner relationships.
• Ability to develop commercial strategies balancing near-term revenue and long-term value.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute an integrated AI licensing and clinical solutions collaboration strategy.
• Identify, prioritize, and develop strategic relationships and pipeline.
• Lead negotiations for complex enterprise agreements and licensing terms.
• Structure relationships for value beyond licensing fees (distribution, marketing, collaboration).
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts across product, science, legal, finance, and technology teams.
• Establish partner reporting, performance measures, and executive relationships.
