Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience building and managing strategic partnerships and licensing arrangements.
• Proven ability to negotiate complex enterprise agreements and manage senior-level partner relationships.
• Ability to develop commercial strategies, evaluate business models, and balance near-term revenue with long-term value.
• Strong executive communication and relationship-management skills in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute an integrated AI licensing and clinical solutions collaboration strategy that expands reach, visibility, and adoption across clinician-facing platforms, AI companies, and EHR ecosystems.
• Identify, prioritize, and develop strategic relationships based on clinical relevance, audience reach, commercial potential, and alignment with the mission.
• Lead negotiations for complex licensing and enterprise agreements, including scope, pricing, reporting, delivery, and renewal terms.
• Structure relationships to create value beyond licensing fees, including distribution, marketing, and joint product development.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts with legal, science, product, finance, and technology teams to advance approvals and partner integration.
• Partner with product and technology leaders on scalable content delivery and AI standards adoption.
