Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Five years of relevant experience in healthcare technology, digital health, or related organizations with increasing responsibility.
- Demonstrated experience negotiating and executing complex enterprise agreements and managing senior‑level partner relationships.
- Ability to develop commercial strategies, evaluate business models, and balance near‑term revenue with long‑term strategic value.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute an integrated AI licensing and clinical solutions collaboration strategy.
- Identify, prioritize and develop strategic relationships with clinical relevance and commercial potential.
- Lead negotiations for complex licensing agreements, including scope, uses, pricing, reporting, and renewal terms.
- Structure relationships creating value beyond licensing fees through distribution, marketing and joint product development.
