The American Heart Association is seeking a Lead, Clinical Solutions and Licensing to drive the strategy and execution of AI-enabled tools and EHR collaborations from our Dallas-based National Center, with home-based work available in Western States. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Five years of relevant healthcare technology partnerships, licensing, or enterprise sales experience.
• Experience negotiating complex enterprise agreements and managing senior partner relationships.
• Ability to balance near-term revenue with long-term strategic value.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute an integrated AI licensing and clinical solutions collaboration strategy across clinician-facing platforms, AI companies, and EHR ecosystems.
• Identify, prioritize, and develop strategic relationships based on clinical relevance, reach, and potential.
• Lead negotiations for complex licensing agreements, including scope, pricing, reporting, and renewal terms.
• Structure relationships to create value beyond licensing fees, including distribution and joint product development.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts across product, science, legal, finance, and technology teams.
• Establish partner reporting and performance measures for revenue, reach, adoption, and strategic value.
