Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of five years of relevant experience.
Five (5) years of progressive experience in healthcare technology, digital health, clinical information services, or related organizations, with increasing responsibility across strategic partnerships, licensing, enterprise sales, or commercialization.

Responsibilities

Define and execute an integrated AI licensing and clinical solutions collaboration strategy across clinician-facing platforms, AI companies, and EHR ecosystems.
Identify, prioritize, and develop strategic relationships for clinical relevance, audience reach, and revenue potential.
Lead negotiations for complex enterprise agreements, including scope, pricing, attribution, and renewal terms.
Structure relationships that create value beyond licensing fees including distribution and joint product development.
