Job summary
Jerry.ai is seeking a Manager, Business Development and Partnerships to accelerate growth through strategic partnerships and ecosystem development. You will own partnership strategies, working closely with product, operations, data, and sales to deliver scalable collaboration opportunities and drive the overall partner program.
You will report to the VP of Partnerships and shape the direction of the partnership portfolio, guiding cross-functional teams toward measurable business outcomes while
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Management Consulting.
- Strong track record managing complex projects with attention to detail and bias for action.
- Data-driven decision making and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
Responsibilities
- Forge and nurture deep partnerships with existing and new collaborators.
- Develop and execute structured business plans and quarterly OKRs with partners.
- Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and improve KPIs for both sides.
- Negotiate mutually beneficial deals to drive expansion and value creation.
- Provide actionable insights to partners and internal teams to align on strategy.
