Job summary

Jerry.ai seeks a Manager, Business Operations (Business Development) to drive growth through partnerships and strategic collaborations. You will manage partner ecosystems, identify high‑value opportunities, and collaborate with product, operations, data, and sales to scale business impact.

You’ll report to the VP of Partnerships and help shape the strategy of our partner portfolio while accelerating company growth and delivering measurable outcomes across the organization.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Management Consulting.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bias for action with a results-oriented mindset.
• Data-driven decision making with the ability to analyze scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Foster Strong Partner Relationships: Build deep, trusted relationships with existing partners as the primary point of contact.
• Drive Strategic Growth: Develop and execute structured business plans or quarterly OKRs for each partner.
• Optimize Performance: Analyze data to uncover trends and identify opportunities to improve KPIs.
• Generate New Opportunities: Lead creation of growth opportunities with current and potential partners.
• Deliver Actionable Insights: Regularly provide insights to partners and internal teams to stay aligned.
• Resolve Challenges Quickly: Triage issues across partners and internal teams to keep operations smooth.
