Job summary

Jerry.ai is seeking a Director, Business Development and Partnerships to drive growth of the partner ecosystem. You will manage existing partnerships and secure high-value collaborations aligned with the company’s vision.

Reporting to the VP of Partnerships, this role collaborates cross-functionally with product, operations, data, and sales to craft and execute partnership strategies that deliver lasting outcomes for the business and partners.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Management Consulting.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion with attention to detail and bias for action.
• Go-getter with strong work ethic, quick learner and contributor to a high-growth company.
• Data-driven decision making with ability to analyze complex situations and make informed, actionable decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Foster Strong Partner Relationships: Build and nurture deep, trusted relationships with existing partners and be the primary contact for long-term success.
• Drive Strategic Growth: Develop and execute structured business plans or quarterly OKRs aligning with each partner's goals.
• Optimize Performance: Use data to identify trends and opportunities to improve KPIs for better outcomes.
• Generate New Opportunities: Lead efforts to create growth opportunities with existing and potential partners through negotiations.
• Deliver Actionable Insights: Regularly provide insights to partners and internal teams to keep everyone aligned.
• Resolve Challenges Quickly: Triages operational and executional issues across partners and internal teams.
