Job summary

Jerry.ai seeks a Manager, Business Operations (Business Development) to drive partner ecosystem growth. You will strengthen existing partnerships and secure high-value collaborations that fit our long-term vision, proposing tools and product solutions to unlock scalable opportunities for both sides.

You will work with cross-functional teams to craft partnership strategies, reporting to the VP of Partnerships and shaping the portfolio's strategic direction for accelerated growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Business Development, Partnerships, or management consulting.
• Track record managing complex projects from start to finish.
• Strong work ethic, willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
• Bias for action and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Foster strong partner relationships and become the go-to contact for long-term collaboration.
• Develop and execute structured business plans or quarterly OKRs with partners.
• Analyze data to identify trends and improve partner KPIs.
• Lead creation of new growth opportunities and negotiate mutually beneficial deals.
• Provide actionable insights to partners and internal teams to keep everyone aligned.
• Triage operational issues and ensure smooth execution across partners and teams.
