Jerry.ai is seeking a Manager, Business Operations (Business Development) to drive growth in its partner ecosystem. You will strengthen current partnerships and secure valuable new collaborations that align with our long-term vision.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft partnership strategies and deliver measurable business outcomes, reporting to the VP of Partnerships. This is a high-impact role within a rapidly growing company.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in BD, partnerships, or management consulting.
• Strong attention to detail and bias for action.
• Data-driven decision making with ability to analyze complex situations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Foster strong partner relationships as the main point of contact for ongoing collaboration.
• Drive strategic growth by developing and executing structured business plans and OKRs for partners.
• Optimize performance by analyzing data to identify opportunities and improve KPIs.
• Generate new opportunities by negotiating mutually beneficial deals with existing and potential partners.
• Deliver actionable insights to partners and internal teams to keep everyone aligned.
• Resolve challenges quickly by triaging issues across partners and internal teams.
