Jerry.ai is seeking a Manager, Business Operations (Business Development) to lead partner ecosystem growth. You will manage existing partnerships and secure high-value new collaborations, collaborating with product, operations, data, and sales to execute strategic plans that unlock scalable opportunities for the business and partners.

You will report to the VP of Partnerships and shape the direction of the partnership portfolio, accelerating growth across the organization.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Management Consulting.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion.
• Data-driven decision making with strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Foster strong partner relationships and be the primary contact for existing partners.
• Drive strategic growth by developing and executing structured business plans and OKRs for each partner.
• Optimize performance by analyzing data, identifying trends and opportunities.
• Generate new growth opportunities with both existing and potential partners; negotiate mutually beneficial deals.
• Deliver actionable insights and keep internal teams aligned with partners.
• Resolve challenges quickly by triaging operational issues across partners and teams.
