Job summary

Jerry.ai is seeking a Director of Business Development and Partnerships to drive growth within our partner ecosystem. You will manage existing partnerships and secure high-value new collaborations that align with our long-term vision.

This role collaborates with product, operations, data, and sales to craft and execute partnership strategies that deliver lasting business outcomes. Reporting to the VP of Partnerships, you’ll shape the strategic direction of our partnership portfolio and

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Management Consulting.
Strong track record of managing complex partnerships and programs.
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Foster strong partner relationships as the primary point of contact.
Develop and execute structured partner plans and quarterly OKRs.
Analyze data to identify KPIs and opportunities for growth.
Lead the creation of new growth opportunities with partners and negotiate mutually beneficial deals.
Provide actionable insights and updates to partners and internal teams.
Triage operational and executional issues to keep partnerships running smoothly.
