Jerry.ai is seeking a Director of Business Development and Partnerships to drive growth of our partner ecosystem. You will manage and strengthen existing partnerships while securing high-value new collaborations aligned with our long-term vision.

Report to the VP of Partnerships and shape the strategic direction of the portfolio. You will collaborate with product, operations, data, and sales to craft partnership strategies that deliver lasting business outcomes and accelerate organizational

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Management Consulting.
Strong track record managing complex projects from inception to completion.
Data-driven decision making with the ability to analyze situations and act.
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Foster strong partner relationships and serve as the primary contact for existing partners.
Drive strategic growth by developing and executing structured business plans and OKRs.
Optimize performance by analyzing data, identifying trends, and improving KPIs.
Generate new opportunities with partners and negotiate mutually beneficial deals.
Deliver actionable insights to partners and internal teams to stay aligned.
Resolve challenges quickly by triaging operational issues across partners.
