Job summary

Jerry.ai is seeking a Manager, Business Development and Partnerships to drive growth across our partner ecosystem. You will manage existing partnerships and secure high-value collaborations, aligning with our long-term vision and strategy.

You’ll work with product, operations, data, and sales to craft partnership strategies that deliver lasting business outcomes. You’ll report to the VP of Partnerships and shape the strategic direction of the partnership portfolio while accelerating growth

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Management Consulting (as stated).
• Strong track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion.
• Bias for action and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Foster deep, trusted relationships with existing partners as the primary point of contact.
• Develop and execute structured business plans or quarterly OKRs for each partner.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities to improve KPIs for both sides.
• Lead creation of new growth opportunities with existing and potential partners.
• Provide actionable insights to partners and internal teams to maintain alignment.
• Triage operational issues and act swiftly to keep partnerships performing.
