Job summary

Eames Consulting in the United States seeks a sales professional to drive Databricks-focused opportunities and build a pipeline through partner selling. You will own a territory, manage 30+ accounts, and collaborate with Databricks reps to deliver tailored data and technology solutions.

The role emphasizes independent work, strong communication, and the ability to close deals in a high-volume environment with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in software and/or services sales.
• Knowledge and exposure to Databricks technology.
• Experience with data/analytics or technology consulting is a plus.
• Capable of managing 10–15 opportunities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Full ownership of assigned territory and accounts.
• Drive new business development - focus on partner selling with Databricks.
• Build and grow a personal book of business, aiming for 30+ commercial accounts.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients and Databricks reps.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored data and technology solutions.
