dbt Labs is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack. We’re seeking a Global Technology Partner Manager to own and grow our strategic partnership with Databricks.

This role accelerates partner development and joint go-to-market efforts to generate referrals and new business opportunities. You will orchestrate across sales, solutions architecture, marketing, and operations, and act as a trusted resource for field teams in the US within the first 90 days.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategic alliances, enterprise sales, or partner management within the data, cloud, or enterprise software industry.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, global relationships.
• Deep understanding of the modern data stack and the business value of open data infrastructure.
• Ability to engage credibly at C-suite and partner level within a global technology organization.
• Strong commercial instincts — identify and develop joint pipeline opportunities.
• Track record of operating as a cross-functional orchestrator across sales, engineering, marketing, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire global relationship with Databricks and be the main point of contact for this partner.
• Orchestrate across sales, partner solution architecture, marketing, and partner operations.
• Establish yourself as a trusted resource for field sales and pre-sales in the US within the first 90 days.
• Connect the dots between Partner Sales Managers and partner sales teams to ensure solution selling.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product to execute strategic partner GTM efforts.
• Grow mutual customer adoption, pipeline, and revenue with Databricks.
