Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Sales Director to lead an existing team of Strategic Enterprise Account Executives in the U.S. You will guide revenue growth, drive consumption, and deliver measurable business value to enterprise customers across the data, analytics, and AI space.

You will report to the Regional Vice President and collaborate with partners to expand the enterprise footprint while maintaining a focus on forecast accuracy and strategic growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leading high-growth sales teams serving enterprise customers.
• Experience in Big Data, Cloud, Analytics, AI spaces.
• Track record of exceeding quota in hyper-growth Enterprise tech.
• Knowledge of value selling and MEDDPICC, Challenger, Command of Message.
• Experience building partner ecosystems to grow strategic territories.
• Strong Retail industry experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams focused on enterprise territories and driving consumption.
