Job summary

Human Interest is seeking a Partner Account Manager to engage, build and grow our partner network across the United States, including tech partners, HCM brokers, CPAs and financial advisors in SMB space.

As a hands-on, self-motivated sales professional you will create referral opportunities, align GTM strategies, and work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal and Finance to scale revenue.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience building, developing, and maintaining relationships with partners in SMB space.
• Proven track record of success in a quota-driven sales environment.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of independent work.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, build, and amplify referral relationships with tech partners, HCM partners, benefit brokers, CPAs and financial advisors in the SMB space.
• Create and build strategic referral networks and partnerships focused on lead generation and new opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal and Finance to resolve issues and deliver solutions.
• Partner with Partner Marketing to execute initiatives (events, email, webinars).
• Establish business goals and performance metrics with partners and drive go-to-market strategies.
