Job summary

Human Interest is seeking a Partner Account Manager to expand our referral network across the United States, starting in North Virginia. You will engage tech partners, HCM specialists, brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors to grow SMB retirement solutions.

In a fast-growing fintech environment, you’ll drive partner-led revenue, collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal and Finance, and craft go-to-market strategies with clear performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years building and maintaining partnerships in SMB tech/HCM space.
• Proven success in a quota-driven sales role.
• Independent contributor who can manage initiatives solo.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Resilient, resourceful with problem-solving on partnerships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiar with Salesforce to manage partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and amplify referral relationships with tech and HCM partners, brokers, CPAs and advisors in SMB.
• Build strategic referral networks focused on lead generation and new partnerships.
• Identify and resolve issues cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal and Finance.
• Collaborate with Partner Marketing on initiatives like events and webinars.
• Set business goals and metrics with partners to drive go-to-market and demand-generation.
