Human Interest is a fintech company focused on giving small and medium-sized businesses access to retirement benefits. The Partner Account Manager will grow and manage key partner relationships nationwide in a fast-paced, quota-driven role.

Travel up to 3 days/week is required, and the role is based in Las Vegas. You will develop referral networks, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive go-to-market strategies with partners and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in SMB partner sales and relationship development.
• Proven quota attainment in a sales environment.
• Independent, self-motivated contributor in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; trustworthy.
• Willingness to travel 3 days/week; must be located in Las Vegas.

Responsibilities

• Develop and amplify referral relationships with tech, HCM partners, brokers, CPAs and financial advisors.
• Build strategic referral networks focused on lead generation and partnerships.
• Resolve issues cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal and Finance.
• Collaborate with Partner Marketing on initiatives to promote partner sales (events, emails, webinars).
• Set business goals with partners and define metrics to drive go-to-market and demand-generation.
