The Adecco Group seeks an Onsite Manager to be the primary client contact for Adecco programs, driving strategic execution and operational excellence across recruitment activities.

In this role, you will cultivate deep client relationships, manage KPIs/SLAs, and lead recruitment teams to achieve high fill rates and strong NPS scores. A strong emphasis on collaboration and value delivery is essential for long-term success.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact for Adecco programs and escalation point for questions.
• Grow and retain accounts through strong relationships and proactive reviews.
• Present monthly/quarterly business performance reviews to leadership.
• Price and sell services including temporary and permanent placements.
• Align client objectives with Adecco’s service portfolio and KPIs.
