Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to act as the primary client contact for our Adecco programs and escalate customer questions. You will align with the client’s objectives, manage the program’s strategic direction, and lead daily recruitment efforts to meet KPIs.

You will build strong client relationships, price and sell staffing services, and drive account growth while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2–5 years of managerial/supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact for Adecco programs.
• Lead daily recruitment and fulfillment activities to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Grow and retain accounts, build client relationships, and present reviews (QBR/QPR).
• Price and sell services including conversions, temporary and permanent placements.
• Ensure client requirements and credit references are aligned with guidelines.
• Collaborate with clients to define strategic objectives and hiring needs.
