Job summary

The Adecco Group seeks an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact for Adecco programs and escalation point for questions. You will align with the client’s objectives and develop a collaborative partnership, overseeing long-term strategy and operational management of all activities.

You will lead daily recruitment and fulfillment activities, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring high satisfaction across accounts.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• A minimum of two to five years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry is preferred.
• Proven track record of high customer satisfaction levels and successful working relationships with colleagues and management.

Responsibilities

• Grow & Retain Accounts by building relationships with HR and Operations.
• Achieve high levels of client satisfaction through surveys and reviews.
• Prepare and present quarterly business/performance reviews to leadership.
• Retain clients while maximizing fill rate and time to fill.
• Price and sell services and manage conversions, temporary, and perm placements.
