Job summary

The Adecco Group seeks an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact for Adecco programs and the escalation point for client questions. You will align with the client’s objectives and lead a collaborative partnership across recruitment and fulfillment activities.

You will drive the long-term evolution of the client program, manage KPI/SLAs, and position teams for continued success while representing Adecco as a brand ambassador and expanding client partnerships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2-5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Grow & Retain Accounts.
• Create and develop effective working relationships with key client contacts to foster business growth.
• Achieve and maintain high levels of client satisfaction via surveys and reviews.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly business reviews to the vertical Director/VP.
• Price and sell services including conversions, temporary and perm placement.
• Maintain knowledge of target industries, clients, roles, market share, and competition.
