Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to be the primary client contact, aligning with the client’s objectives and driving collaboration across teams. You will manage recruitment operations and ensure KPI targets are met while growing the accounts.

You will lead the onsite program, price and sell services, and maintain strong relationships with HR and Operations to sustain client satisfaction and business expansion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2–5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record of customer satisfaction and successful relationships with colleagues and management.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by building relationships with HR, Operations, and client contacts.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly business reviews to the Director/VP.
• Price and sell services (conversions, temporary and perm placement).
• Manage KPIs, SLAs, and service quality.
• Drive innovation and plan growth in existing accounts.
