Job summary

The Adecco Group seeks an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact for Adecco programs and escalate client questions. You will direct daily recruitment activities, monitor KPIs, and align with the client’s business objectives to build a collaborative partnership.

You will lead a team to grow and retain accounts, price and sell services, and ensure high client satisfaction while achieving targeted SLA performance.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• A minimum of two to five years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry is preferred.
• Proven track record – measured by customer satisfaction service levels and increased responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop effective working relationships with key client contacts (e.g., HR, Operations) to foster business growth.
• Achieve and maintain high levels of client satisfaction – exhibited through client surveys and business reviews.
• Prepare and present a monthly/quarterly business/performance review to the vertical Director and/or VP [QBR & QPR].
• Retain accounts while maximizing fill rate, time to fill, and ensuring high NPS scores.
• Price and sell services (conversions, temporary and perm placement).
• Maintain knowledge of target industries, clients, roles, market share, and competition.
• Obtain a clear understanding of the client’s business, staffing needs, culture, and program expectations.
