Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact and escalation point for our Adecco programs. You will align with the client’s objectives and drive the strategic evolution of the program, supervising daily recruitment activities and ensuring KPI targets are met.

You will cultivate client relationships, price and sell services, and lead a recruitment team to sustain high satisfaction, strong fill rates, and favorable NPS scores across multiple accounts.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• A minimum of two to five years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry is preferred.
• Proven track record of increased customer service levels and satisfaction and expanded responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by building strong client relationships with HR and Operations.
• Price and sell services including conversions, temporary, and perm placement.
• Lead recruitment teams to meet KPIs and SLAs in a fast-paced environment.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews for leadership.
• Develop knowledge of target industries, clients, roles, and competition.
