Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact for our programs and the initial escalation point for questions and concerns. You will lead daily recruitment activities, monitor KPIs and SLAs, and drive the evolution of the client program to align with the client’s business objectives.

This role requires outstanding relationship building, team leadership, and the ability to price and sell services while maintaining high client satisfaction and strong NPS

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of managerial/supervisory experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and relationship-building abilities.
• Proven track record managing KPIs and SLAs in a service-driven environment.
• Experience leading recruitment teams and coordinating cross-functional work.
• In-depth knowledge of recruiting practices compliant with laws and policies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact for Adecco programs and escalations.
• Lead daily recruitment activities and coordinate fulfillment with teams.
• Develop and present regular business/performance reviews to leadership.
• Maintain strong client relationships and maximize client satisfaction.
• Price and sell services, drive account growth, and ensure KPI targets.
