Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact for Adecco programs, driving strategic program evolution and operational excellence. You will lead recruitment activities, manage client relationships, and ensure service levels align with business objectives.

This role emphasizes long-term partnership development, accountability for performance metrics, and collaboration across HR, Operations, and procurement to deliver top-tier workforce solutions.

Qualifications

• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships and networks.
• Experience leading recruitment teams in fast-paced environments.
• Adept at establishing and managing KPIs and SLAs.
• Knowledge of current recruiting practices and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, develop relationships with client HR and Operations.
• Present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Price and sell services including conversions, temporary and permanent placements.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met and customer satisfaction remains high.
• Lead recruitment teams to deliver timely fills and high-quality hires.
