Job summary

The Adecco Group seeks an Onsite Manager to act as the primary client contact, guiding program direction and day-to-day operations. You will lead recruitment efforts, manage relationships with HR and operations, and align services with client objectives.

You will drive account growth, retention, and performance reviews while upholding Adecco’s standards and values in service delivery. This role requires strong leadership and strategic collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two to five years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record of improving customer service levels and managing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Grow & Retain Accounts and foster client growth with key contacts.
• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through surveys and reviews.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews for leadership.
• Price and sell services including conversions, temp, and permanent placement.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met and aligned with policy.
