Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact and drive the strategic evolution of our client programs. You will lead daily recruitment activities, align with client objectives, and deliver sustainable performance, governance, and collaboration across teams.

The role requires strong leadership, deep recruitment knowledge, and a proven ability to grow accounts while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2–5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry.
• Proven track record of customer satisfaction and expanded responsibilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in client settings.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and networks.
• Experience managing recruitment teams in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of current recruiting practices and compliance with laws and policies.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software.
• Ability to develop and implement policies, goals, and objectives.
• Strategic planning and driving organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Grow & Retain Accounts by building relationships with HR and Operations.
• Achieve high client satisfaction through surveys and reviews.
• Maintain a network of industry contacts via professional associations.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Price and sell services including conversions, temporary and permanent placements.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs to drive performance.
• Retain clients while maximizing fill rate and time-to-fill metrics.
• Serve as Brand Ambassador and participate in Thought Leadership initiatives.
